Highlands Properties affiliation…after spending many years owning and operating my own real estate firm in Highlands North Carolina, I have joined the Highlands Properties real estate firm.

Highlands Properties has an excellent long-standing reputation within the Highlands-Cashiers real estate community. Mark Meadows founded the firm in 2006 after selling Meadows Mountain Realty in 2004. Co-owner, Kyle McKim now heads the firm as broker-in-charge & manages the daily operation of the company. I am pleased to bring my vast experience in marketing & selling country club homes, estate properties, & commercial real estate to Highlands Properties.

During the past five years I have been acting solely in an exclusive buyer’s agent capacity and have not accepted listings. My new Highlands Properties affiliation has changed my focus from exclusive buyer representation to offering a full spectrum of professional real estate services. At the request of many of my past clients, I will now be listing & marketing estate properties & country club homes throughout the Highlands-Cashiers area, with special emphasis on homes at Cullasaja Club, Highlands Country Club, Highlands Falls Country Club, Mountaintop Golf Club, Old Edwards Club & Wildcat Cliffs Country Club.
